a) We charge (which is not negotiable) for any sort of Hotel property Sale/Buy Deal in any-where in India.
b) We charge month rent amount (which is non negotiable) at the time of agreement for any sort of Hotel property Rent/Lease Deal in any-where in India as Co-ordination Charge (CC).
● NOTE :
Since we only coordinate exclusively Hotel property deals all over India, we will not be held responsible for the authenticity of any property. This would be your liability and responsibility to get all required and essential property papers verified through your personal lawyer before finalizing any sort of deal (Sale / Buy/ Rent) any where in India.
